Great Falls is located in central Montana. If you're flying, Great Falls International Airport (GTF) is the closest airport.

Winter in Montana
December in Montana can be beautiful, snowy, and very cold!
We recommend bringing warm layers, a winter coat, and shoes that can handle snow or ice. Give yourself a little extra travel time, too.
